(CRIME NO.304 OF 2015) .. RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT PRAYER : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the order passed by the Principal Sessions judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur in Cr.M.P.No.4092 of 2015 by order dated 01.07.2015 and relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Cr.M.P.3190 of 2015 by the Vacation Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur by order dated 02.06.2015 and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support therefor and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAMASAMY Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.K.V.RAJARAJAN Government Advocate (Criminal Side) of the respondent the court made the following order.

This application is filed to set said the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, by which the learned Judge dismissed the relaxation petition filed by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court on the condition that he should appear before the respondent police daily at 05.00 p.m until further orders and as per the order, he was complying the condition from 16.06.2015 to 21.06.2015 and thereafter, he was not permitted to sign as the concerned note book was missing and since, the respondent is not permitting the petitioner to comply with the condition, the petitioner is ready appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.

3. Heard learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalyam daily at 10.30a.m for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is disposed Of with the above direction.
