This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction against the second respondent to issue the patta to the petitioner with respect to the property in S.No.325/5Y to an extent of 46 cents situated at Puthur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 28.11.2021. 2.Heard Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezhian, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3.Let the petitioner file a fresh application through online seeking patta with respect to the property in S.No.325/5Y measuring to an extent of 46 cents situated at Puthur Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District. He claims to have purchased the property. Whenever, the second respondent receives the online application, let him make necessary enquiry with the petitioner whether all the legal heirs have been joined in the sale deed and come to a personal satisfaction about that particular 2/5

fact and then take a decision. Let necessary orders be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of online application from the petitioner.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
