ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct preliminary enquiry and take appropriate action on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 21.11.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondents, submitted that based on the complaint, an enquiry had already been conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. No costs.
