This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register FIR on the basis of Crl.M.P.No.94 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025 on the file of the III Additional District Court (PCR),

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that pursuant to the direction of III Additional District Court (PCR), Madurai, an enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and FIR was registered.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No Costs.
