This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent No.3 to give proper police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb on the basis of the petitioner and his complaint dated 16.07.2015.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending on the earlier complaint give by the petitioner.

3. Considering the same, it is ordered that while dealing with the earlier complaint, the respondent NO.3 will have to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2015 also and take appropriate action in this regard.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
