The appeal is filed challenging the order passed by the Principal Page No. 1 of 3

District and Sessions Judge, Theni appointing the first respondent as guardian of the minor child and directing the custody of the child to be with the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the minor child has now attained majority and nothing survives for adjudication in the appeal.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
