This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam to expeditiously complete the trial and pronounce Judgment in S.T.C.No.170 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard thhe learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the State.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, to expedite the trial in STC No.170 of 2013 and complete the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
