When the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.02.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted in the list on 27.02.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today (i.e. 27.02.2018) there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
