ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the Government issued patta in favour of the petitioner viz.,Anbuchezhian @ Karunanithi and that being so, the third respondent gave a false complainant stating that he is Karunanithi and the land was assigned only to him and based on the said complaint the second respondent is harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that so far, no complaint has been received from the third respondent against the petitioner and therefore, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
