This petition is filed to quash the Crime No.2 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent registered under Section 35 of Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, dated 03.09.2012. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is almost over and the respondent/police is yet to file charge sheet before the concerned Court.
