ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/4

This Court vide order dated 20.01.2026 directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees five lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.44 of 2025 before the concerned Court.

2. Today the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has deposited the said amount on 23.01.2026 for which he produced the receipt before this Court. Accordingly he complied the condition imposed by this Court. The same is recorded.

3.Further Para No.6 condition(b) in the order dated 20.01.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Wai Police Station, Wai Taluk, Satara District, Maharashtra- 412 804, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and shall report before the respondent police monthly once, ie., first working day of every English Calendar month for a period of three months and 2/4

thereafter as and when required by the respondent police for interrogation".

4. With the above modification the interim bail already granted is made absolute with the conditions already granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered and the compliance is recorded.
