This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.01.2018.
2.Heard Mr.T.Lenin Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabu Ramachandran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the said complaint, preliminary enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, a case has been registered in Crime No. 56 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C.
4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
