Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents 1 to 2 herein not to harass the petitioners by conducting any enquiry / investigation on the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by said 3rd respondent Rajalakshmi.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents herein not to harass the petitioners at the instance of the 3rd respondent in the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent / defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioners in the guise of enquiry and harass them.
