This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner's life and limb and her family members.

Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the respondent police and based on which enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.21 of 2020 and notice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1316 of 2020 has been issued to the respondents 3 to 6. He would further submit that during enquiry if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
