ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 123 of BNS and Corresponding Section of IPC 328 and Section 24(1) of COTPA Act, in Crime No.626 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had transported banned tobacco products. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offences as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions which may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that there are six previous cases pending against the petitioner and the 2/6

[b] the petitioner shall not tamper with the evidence or witness either during investigation or trial. [c] the petitioner shall not abscond either during investigation or trial.
