Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20639 of 2018 on 20.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 20639 of 2018 on 20.11.2018 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
