Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents no.2 to 4 to grant adequate police protection to operate our licensed Quarry and Crusher units and save the livelihood of the workers and staff within the time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to grant adequate police protection to operate our licensed quarry and crusher units and thereby safeguard the livelihood of the workers and staff, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2025 2/4

and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
