RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 18.01.2019 made in Crl.MP(MD)No.319 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.14834 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.319 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14834 of 2018 on 18.01.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14834 of 2018 on 18.01.2019 is totally relaxed. However the petitioner shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
