Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.9596 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16100 of 2018 on 27.11.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner ha been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.9596 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16100 of 2018 on 27.11.2018 is totally https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relaxed. However the petitioner shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
