ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.75 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed divorce petition against the defacto complainant in HMOP No.284 of 2017 on the file of the learned III Sub-Judge, Madurai and that there is a child born of the wedlock and that the petitioner undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/-(Rupees Three thousand Only)for the child, every month and that the liability to pay for the child shall commence from 01.05.2018 and that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,000/-every month to the credit of HMOP No.284 of 2017which can be withdrawn by the wife. interim bail was granted to the petitioner by this Court dated 22.02.2018 and that the petitioner already produced the sureties in the said interim bail and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, anticipatory bail is made absolute.
