ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JEGADEESHPANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Chandrasekar, Additional Public Prosecutor R2 to R4, and M/s.R.Manickaraj, Advocate for R5, and Mr.Y.Gegadeesh, Advocate for R5, R6, and R8, R9, and Mr.M.Jegadeeshpandian, Advocate for R7, and Mr.S.Ramsundarvijayraj,Advocate for R10, and Mr.R.Manickaraj, Advocate for R11, and Mr.S.Kanagarajan, Advocate for R12, R13,R15,& R16 and Mr.Veera Kathiravan, Senior Counsel for Mr.C.Jeganathan,Advocate for M/s.Veera Associates for R14, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Today the seventh respondent in W.P.(MD)No.24324 of 2019 has filed this petition to modify the condition imposed in the order dated 27.11.2019 in W.M.P.(MD)No.21587 of 2019 in W.P.(MD)No.24324 of 2019.
2.By order dated 27.11.2019, this Court passed an order directing the respondents 4 to 16 in the Writ Petition not to enter into Melavalavu Village. There was a further direction that they should stay at Vellore District and report before the concerned District Probation Officer, Vellore, twice a month. It was further directed that the respondents 4 to 16 shall not move out of Vellore District without getting the leave of this Court. The son of the seventh respondent in the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.24324 of 2019 has stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that he is getting married on 30.01.2020 at Sivan Kovil in Melur. It is stated by the deponent that the presence of the seventh respondent is necessary as a father of the bridegroom. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 27.
11.2019, for three days. Hence, the condition imposed in the order dated 27.11.2019 is modified only in respect of the petitioner / seventh respondent so that he can attend the marriage. It is also for the three days from 29.01.2020 to 31.01.2020. Accordingly, this petition is ordered only to that extent.
