ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to find out the petitioner's daughter viz., A.Devika, D/o. Arankavalan, aged about 22 years within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner seeking to trace out her daughter, the second respondent police initiated enquiry in C.S.R.No.151 of 2019. The victim is aged about 22 years and during the enquiry, it was found that the alleged victim viz., A.Devika, daughter of the petitioner has married one Viswanathan S/o.Durairaj, residing at No.1/85, Police Colony, Navalpattu, Tiruvarumpur, Tiruchirappalli and the marriage has been solemnized on 21.01.2020 at the house of her husband and the same has been registered at the Office of the Sub-Registrar Office, Tiruvarumpur and the victim had appeared in person and has also produced a copy of the marriage certificate and transfer certificate and the said C.S.R. has been registered in Crime No.164 of 2019 under Section woman missing and that they have not closed the case yet.
