O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent, to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioners dated 29.11.2017.

2.Heard Mr.K.R.Laxman, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.Prabu Ramachandran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are owners of the property measuring about 2 acres 21 cents, situated in Survey No.41/3 and 42/5, Chitharpatti Village by virtue of will dated 18.11.1986. He further submitted that with a view to grab the petitioner's properties, one Thangavelu has created a forgery lease deed dated 11.09.1977, in favour of one Veluchamy Chettiar. With regard to that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 17.07.2017 and the same was forwarded to the second respondent and the second respondent with out conducting proper enquiry has closed the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint on 16.08.2017, directing the petitioners to workout their remedy before the civil court. He further submitted that the petitioners have filed the second complaint on 29.11.2017 and with regard to that sofar, no action has been taken. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the earlier complaint dated 17.07.2017, was closed, after enquiry, directing the petitioners to approach the civil court and thereafter, the petitioners have sent second complaint on 29.11.2017 and on that complaint also enquiry has been conducted and the same also closed on 16.02.2018.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioners by way of reply has submitted that the second respondent has not informed the petitioner, with regard to the closure of their complaint dated 29.11.2017.

6.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The second respondent is directed to inform the petitioners, with regard to the closure of their complaint dated 29.11.2017 by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law.
