ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking orders to quash the F.I.R., in Cr.No.161 of 2019, dated 25.10.2019, pending on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (13.12.2022), the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing investigation, a charge sheet came to be filed and was taken on file in S.T.C.No.332 of 2022 and the same is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if it is so advised. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
