ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A3, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii), 379(NH) of IPC, in Crime No.

222 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the defacto complainant, on 22.06.2015 the accused have stolen the Yarn worth about Rs.42,00,000/-. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the defacto complainant is a lessee and as per the agreement, dated 18.07.2014, the Mill was leased out to the defacto complainant and agreed to pay a sum of Rs.80,000/- per month. It is further submitted that the lease period expires on 02.08.2015 and the defacto complainant has not paid the arrears of rent Rs.3,50,000/- and also did not pay the electricity charges of Rs.3,50,000/- and made a false complaint. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the occurrence said to have taken place on 22.06.2015 and the complaint was prepared only on 26.07.

2015 without any explanation for the delay. 5.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

6.Considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 7.
