ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the respondent has registered a case against one Murugan under NDPS Act, in Crime No.46 of 2018, and the petitioner herein is a friend of the said Murugan, but he has not committed any crime and that being so, the respondent has threatened the petitioner that he will implicate the petitioner in the aforesaid case and thereby, he is harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that the allegation that the petitioner has been threatened that he will be implicated in a criminal case is false. He further submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner and hence, harassing the petitioner does not arise. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
