ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the second respondent has registered a case against the petitioner's second son in Crime No.85 of 2018, under Section 302 I.P.C. He further submitted that the petitioner's second son already left the family and his whereabouts is not known to the petitioner. However, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner to produce her son.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that since, the petitioner's second son is involved in a murder case, the petitioner was called upon only for enquiry purpose and she was not subjected to any harassment as alleged by her. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
