ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 24.11.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused has created an forged Aadhaar Card and with the help of said Aadhaar Card he has executed a sale deed and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 24.11.2014, but so far, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and during the enquiry, the sale deed was cancelled by the proposed accused and hence the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 17.02.2018.
