RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20099 of 2021 dated 20/12/2021 in the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2021 dated 23/08/2021 registered on the file of respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. VISHNUVARTHANAN P M, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20099 of 2021 on 20.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels and considering the pandemic situation, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20099 of 2021 on 20.12.2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
