ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the counter party and conduct enquiry on the request made by the petitioner, after hearing both sides, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
