Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.J.KARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to execute the sureties granted in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20967 of 2018 dated 13.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to execute the sureties. The petitioner failed to execute the sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P (MD) No.20967 of 2018 dated 07.12.2018. The learned counsel would submit that now sureties are available and he is ready to comply https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with the conditions.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.12.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 20967 of 2018 is extended further for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
