ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent herein not to interfere with the civil rights of the petitioners which is subject matter pending in O.S.No.1231 of 2012 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. She would also submit that the respondent have not interfered in the civil dispute between the parties.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
