It is stated that pursuant to the order of the Division Bench in W.P(MD)No.6098 of 2021 dated 18.03.2021, notices were issued for eviction of the encroachers and the encroachers had filed W.P(MD)No.15665 to 15675 of 2021 and obtained an order of status quo on 02.09.2021.

In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to renew after the dismissal of the above writ petitions.
