O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein to conduct further investigation in Crime No.169 of 2012 on the file of the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2012.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation is over and laid charge sheet. He further submitted that the case was also ended in acquittal on 13.11.2013 by the concerned Court.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
