O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the second respondent to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, S.Perumal, S/o. Subramani, aged about 47 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The detenu has been secured by the second respondent, who found him at Vadaloor. On enquiry, the detenu informs of having left his house fearing for his life, since he was threatened by his wife and neighbours, over property, which he having earned much by working abroad.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that presently, the petitioner, in this case, has gone missing and his wife had preferred a complaint, which has been registered in Crime No.628 of 2018, dated 23.07.2018. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the second respondent will take care against the detenu suffering any harm.

4. Recording the said submission, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
