This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to file the final report in the petition mentioned crime number.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that final report was filed as early as on 24.09.2021 and that it is yet to be taken on file.

3. It appears that the post of presiding officer is vacant.
