ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to issue necessary direction to the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action according to the law pursuant to the petitioner's online complaint dated 07.01.2026 in the light of the dictum laid by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs The State of U.P and Ors. as expeditiously as possible within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the official respondents after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 & 4 and thereafter conduct enquiry and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
