This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.47 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.It is seen from records that there are specific allegations against the petitioners in the FIR. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted at this stage. It has to be investigated in depth.
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
