********** This Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 22.10.2024 in the light of the order passed in W.P(MD)No.18478 of 2014 and issue joint patta to the Petitioner and his brother and sisters.

2.Mr.R.Raghavendran, learned Government Advocate(Civil Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 6. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ Petition, I am inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 22.10.2024 in the

light of the order passed in W.P(MD)No.18478 of 2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
