ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.176 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 174(iii) of Cr.P.C., and Section 304(B) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others harassed the de-facto complainant for want of more dowry. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that A2 to A4 were granted anticipatory bail by the Court of Sessions and after completing the investigation, the respondent police has laid a charge sheet on 26.06.2015. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on condition that the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate,

Shencottai, Tirunelveli District and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
