O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The review petition has been filed, seeking to review the order of this Court dated 18.12.2023, passed in W.P.(MD)No.25849 of 2023. 2.The case is about demolition of the unauthorized construction. The learned Special Government Pleader, at the time of hearing the Writ Petition by the Division Bench of this Court, relied on the status report filed by the District Collector. The District Collector has provided the details about the unauthorized construction, which is recorded by this Court in the order sought to be reviewed. Based on the report of the District Collector, this Court has directed the authorities competent to remove the unauthorized construction and resume the public property in its original position. Since there is no error apparent, 2/4

which is established by the petitioner, the present Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
