ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has filed the earlier bail petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.20390 of 2024 and the same was dismissed by this Court, by order dated 22.11.2024. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he was not aware of the earlier order passed by this Court. 3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail petition by giving all the necessary particulars.
