Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22890 of 2018 on 27.12.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22890 of 2018 on 27.12.2018 is totally relaxed.
