Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court, to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners in the guise of the complaint given by one Muthupirya and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners in the guise of the complaint given by one Muthupriya.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petition enquiry was conducted and after completion of enquiry, the petition was closed and hence, there is no harassment by the respondent police.

4. In view of the said statement it is ordered that in the absence

of any complaint, the petitioners shall not be harassed. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
