ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J. NISHA BANU, J.) The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for a direction directing the respondents Nos.1 to 6 to remove the encroachment made by the respondents Nos.8 to 14 in the seventh respondent school playground in Survey No.290/1B to an extent of 9540 Sq.Mtr in Thiruvadanai Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and to take effective steps to mutate the revenue records of the said playground in favour of the seventh respondent school by considering his representation dated 29.12.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would 3/6

submit that the subject property in Survey No.290/1B is classified as Natham property.

3.In view of the above, the claim of the petitioner cannot be considered and the Writ Petition itself is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
