The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

4.The second respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and in the meanwhile, there shall be no harassment to the petitioner and his family members.
