PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.7923 of 2020 IN CRL OP(MD)No.13954 of 2020: To modify the condition imposed in CRL OP(MD)No.13954 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020 directing the petitioner to Deposit the amount before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Dindigul, Dindigul District to extend the time for abiding the condition. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SUSIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7923 of 2010 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13954 of 2020, dated 04.01.2021.

2.This Court, by order dated 03.12.2020 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 13954 of 2020, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the de-facto complainant. However, the petitioner did not comply with the conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they filed Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7923 of 2020 for modify the said condition. CRL MP(MD) No.669 of 2021 order dated 03.12.2020. Despite sincere efforts, the petitioner could not comply with the said order. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time. 3.Heard both sides.
