O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondents herein to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 18.01.2018 and 23.01.2018. 2.According to the prosecution, the complaint has been enquired and the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.The counsel for the petitioner disputed the said fact and seeks liberty to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court for further action in this regard.

4.In the light of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Court and seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
