ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This matter is listed today under the caption "for reporting compliance".
2.This Court, by an order dated 02.02.2021 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.1210 of 2021, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1 Crore within a period of three weeks to the Government of India account under Form GST DRC-03 with remarks "Payment in cash towards penalty for supply of bogus invoices without supply of goods to M/s.Shobika Impex, Karur (33AANCS6483M1ZM) in the case of OR.No.15/2020-21 HPU dated 22.12.2020 registered by HPU,CGST, Madurai". 3.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this Court dated 02.02.2021 and paid a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- on 18.02.2021 and Rs.50,00,000/- on 22.02.2021 to the Government of India account under Form GST DRC-03 with remarks "Payment in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
