Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Na.Ka.N.H.10/34480/06-2, dated 26.03.2007 by which the third respondent regularize the service of the petitioners to time scale and quash the same and further direct the first respondent to regularize the service of the petitioners in Government Kallar Reclamation boys & Girls Students Hostel from 01.07.1998 on the basis of G.O.No.67, dated 02.07.1998 issued by Backward Classes & Most Backward Classes Welfare Department and granting all service benefits.
